Listening beginsbefore understanding.
AMKRA is Diego Bellorin’s sound practice in Girona. Through acoustic instruments, resonance and subtle electronic sound, he creates spaces for attentive listening, rest and shared presence.

What remains
after sound?
The practice
I work with metal and crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks, bells and other resonant objects. Their vibrations shape each session around the person, the room and the moment.
Each encounter begins with a little time to arrive and settle. Some sessions are entirely acoustic; others include subtle electronic sound or environmental recordings. The instruments, pace and silences respond to the people in the room.
Attention to gesture and the preparation of space are part of the practice. Sound is listened to and felt through proximity, vibration and presence, with room for each person to experience it in their own way.

Individual
A one-to-one sound session shaped around your intention, comfort and the space. We begin with a brief conversation, then make room for bowls, tuning forks, silence and unhurried listening.

A shared listening experience with metal and crystal bowls, bells and other resonant instruments. The sound unfolds gradually, with pauses and space for each person’s own experience; subtle electronic textures may be included when they serve the session.

Diego Bellorin is a sound practitioner and facilitator based in Girona. His work brings together attentive listening, metal and crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, tuning forks and subtle electronic sound. Informed by meditation and energy work, his sessions attend to the body, the character of each room and the pace of the people gathered there. He creates spaces for quiet, curiosity and presence, with no two encounters quite alike.
